This Notice is intended to inform you about your privacy rights and the choices available to you regarding your personal information. J2S IT Services LLC is responsible for determining how and why your personal data is processed.
If you do not agree with the terms outlined in this Privacy Notice, you should refrain from using our Services. For additional information or to address any questions or concerns, you may contact us at j2sitservices@gmail.com.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Information You Provide Directly.
We obtain personal information that you choose to share with us.
We collect details that you voluntarily submit when you request information about our company, inquire about our products or Services, or communicate with us through any channel.
The specific information we gather depends on how you interact with us, the services or features you use, and the choices you make. This may include:
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Professional title or role
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. If your information changes, you must inform us so we can update our records accordingly.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to operate and enhance our Services, communicate with you, protect our business, and comply with legal requirements. In certain cases, we may also use your information based on your consent.
The way we handle your personal information depends on your interaction with our Services. Processing activities may include:
- Providing and managing our Services. We use your information to deliver the services you request and ensure they function as intended.
- Order and transaction management. Your information may be processed to handle orders, process payments, manage returns or exchanges, and administer related transactions conducted through our Services.
- Customer support and communications. We may use your information to respond to questions, address concerns, and resolve issues related to our Services.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention timeframe is required or allowed under applicable laws (for example, for tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations).
Once there is no continuing legitimate business reason to process your personal data, we will take appropriate steps to either delete it or convert it into anonymized form. If deletion or anonymization is not immediately feasible, such as when the information is stored in secure backup systems, we will maintain it in a protected and restricted state, preventing further use, until permanent deletion can be completed.
INFORMATION REGARDING MINORS
We do not intentionally gather personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
Our Services are intended for adults and are not designed for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect, use, promote to, or sell personal information related to individuals under 18. By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are allowing a minor to access the Services, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that you have granted permission for such use.
If we discover that personal information belonging to a person under 18 has been collected unintentionally, we will take appropriate corrective steps.
If you suspect that we may have received personal data from someone under 18, please contact us at j2sitservices@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Revoking Consent
If we process your personal information based on your consent, whether that consent is explicit or implied under applicable law, you have the right to withdraw that consent whenever you choose. To do so, you may contact us using the information provided in the section titled “CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE” below.
Please be aware that withdrawing your consent will not impact the legality of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. Additionally, where permitted by law, it will not affect processing activities that are based on legal grounds other than consent.
For any inquiries or concerns related to your privacy rights, you may reach out to us at j2sitservices@gmail.com.
DO NOT TRACK (DNT) DISCLOSURE
Many web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that allows users to signal their preference not to have their online activity tracked. At this time, there is no consistent legal or technical standard that requires companies to recognize or follow these DNT signals. For that reason, we currently do not respond to DNT notifications sent by browsers or other automatic mechanisms indicating a desire to opt out of tracking. If a mandatory standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice to describe how we comply with those requirements.
California law obligates us to disclose how we handle DNT signals from web browsers. Since there is no recognized industry or legal requirement governing the treatment of such signals, we do not honor them currently.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, you may be entitled to specific rights regarding your personal information. These rights are subject to legal limitations, and in some circumstances, we may lawfully deny a request. Depending on applicable law, your rights may include:
- The right to confirm whether we are collecting or using your personal information
- The right to request access to the personal data we hold about you
- The right to have incorrect or outdated personal information corrected
- The right to ask that we delete your personal information
- The right to receive a copy of the personal data you have previously provided to us
- The right not to be treated unfairly or discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
- The right to opt out of certain uses of your personal data, including its use for targeted advertising (or “sharing” as defined under California law), the sale of personal information, or automated decision-making processes that result in legal or similarly significant consequences (“profiling”)

REQUEST VERIFICATION
When we receive a request from you, we must confirm your identity to ensure that you are the individual whose personal information exists in our records. To do this, we will use the information included in your request solely for the purpose of validating your identity or confirming your authority to submit the request.
If the information we already have on file is not sufficient to verify your identity, we may ask you to provide additional details. This step is necessary to protect your data and to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse.
APPEALS
Under certain U.S. state data protection laws, if we choose not to take action on your request, you have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us at j2sitservices@gmail.com.
We will respond to your appeal in writing, informing you of any action taken or not taken and providing an explanation of the reasons for our decision.
CALIFORNIA “SHINE THE LIGHT” LAW
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, commonly referred to as the “Shine The Light” law, California residents have the right to request certain information from us regarding the disclosure of personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
Specifically, eligible users may request, once per calendar year and at no cost, details about the categories of personal information (if any) that we shared with third parties for their direct marketing activities during the previous calendar year. The request may also include the names and addresses of those third parties with whom such information was disclosed.
If you are a California resident and wish to exercise this right, you must submit your request in writing using the contact information listed in the section titled “CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE”.
OUT PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
From time to time, we may modify this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When updates are made, the “Revised” date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
If any significant changes are introduced, we may provide notice by prominently posting an announcement on our website or by sending you a direct notice. We recommend that you review this Privacy Notice periodically to remain informed about how we handle and safeguard your personal information.
